A c\u00e9g els\u0151 fejleszt\u00e9si eredm\u00e9nye ezen a t\u00e9ren egy 100 W-os t\u00fczel\u0151anyag-cella stack meg\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9se volt, amit 2007-ben, egy INNOCSEKK p\u00e1ly\u00e1zat keret\u00e9ben val\u00f3s\u00edtott meg. A k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 l\u00e9p\u00e9s az els\u0151 stack tov\u00e1bbfejleszt\u00e9se volt, valamint min\u00e9l t\u00f6bb komponens\u00e9nek kiv\u00e1lt\u00e1sa saj\u00e1t fejleszt\u00e9s\u0171re. Erre az MTA K\u00e9miai Kutat\u00f3 Int\u00e9zettel (k\u00e9s\u0151bb MTA TTK Anyag- \u00e9s K\u00f6rnyezetk\u00e9miai Int\u00e9zet) k\u00f6z\u00f6sen elnyert GOP p\u00e1ly\u00e1zati t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s adott lehet\u0151s\u00e9get 2010-ben. A projekt sor\u00e1n az MTA KKI \u00e1ltal kifejlesztett, platinamentes an\u00f3doldali kataliz\u00e1torral ell\u00e1tott MEA-kra alapozva t\u00f6bb m\u00e9retben \u00e9s kialak\u00edt\u00e1ssal k\u00e9sz\u00fcltek el t\u00fczel\u0151anyag-cella stackek (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kontakt-elektro.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/katalizator_MEA.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Kataliz\u00e1tor_MEA<\/u><\/a>). A 10 W-t\u00f3l a n\u00e9h\u00e1ny kW-ig \u00e9p\u00edtett stackek 10 cm<sup>2<\/sup>, 50 cm<sup>2<\/sup>, 100 cm<sup>2<\/sup> \u00e9s 200 cm<sup>2<\/sup> akt\u00edv fel\u00fclet\u0171, nyitott- \u00e9s z\u00e1rtkat\u00f3dos kialak\u00edt\u00e1s\u00fa, l\u00e9g- \u00e9s folyad\u00e9kh\u0171t\u00e9ses v\u00e1ltozatokban k\u00e9sz\u00fcltek el (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kontakt-elektro.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/stack_prototipusok.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Stack protot\u00edpusok<\/u><\/a>). Els\u0151 ilyen berendez\u00e9s\u00fcnk egy 300 W-os hordozhat\u00f3 \u00e1ramfejleszt\u0151 k\u00e9sz\u00fcl\u00e9k volt, melyet kifejezetten elektromos kismotorral hajtott cs\u00f3nakok t\u00e1pell\u00e1t\u00e1shoz fejlesztett\u00fcnk ki. A b\u0151r\u00f6nd mell\u00e9 egy szint\u00e9n hordozhat\u00f3 keretbe \u00e9p\u00edtett, met\u00e1l-hidrid palackokb\u00f3l \u00e1ll\u00f3 hidrog\u00e9nt\u00e1rol\u00f3t \u00e9p\u00edtett\u00fcnk, amely k\u00f6r\u00fclbel\u00fcl 6 \u00f3r\u00e1n \u00e1t k\u00e9pes hidrog\u00e9nnel ell\u00e1tni a k\u00e9sz\u00fcl\u00e9ket (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kontakt-elektro.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/hordozhato_aramfejleszto.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Hordozhat\u00f3 \u00e1ramfejleszt\u0151<\/u><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>2010-ben egy nagyobb szab\u00e1s\u00fa projektet is ind\u00edtottunk berendez\u00e9sek fejleszt\u00e9se ter\u00e9n, melyhez a PTE Pollack Mih\u00e1ly M\u0171szaki Kar\u00e1nak M\u0171szaki Informatika \u00e9s Villamos Int\u00e9zet\u00e9vel k\u00f6z\u00f6sen elnyert\u00fcnk egy Baross G\u00e1bor p\u00e1ly\u00e1zati t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st. A projekt c\u00e9lja t\u00fczel\u0151anyag-cell\u00e1n alapul\u00f3 stacion\u00e1rius \u00e9s mobil alkalmaz\u00e1sok protot\u00edpusainak meg\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9se volt 5 kW teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nyhat\u00e1rig. A feladat megval\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz piaci stackeket k\u00edv\u00e1ntunk felhaszn\u00e1lni, \u00edgy ker\u00fclt\u00fcnk ismeretts\u00e9gbe a kanadai Ballard c\u00e9ggel, amely az els\u0151 \u00e9s indul\u00e1sa \u00f3ta piacvezet\u0151 gy\u00e1rt\u00f3ja a t\u00fczel\u0151anyag-cell\u00e1knak (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kontakt-elektro.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/ballard_stackekre_epulo_aramforrasok.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Ballard stackekre \u00e9p\u00fcl\u0151 \u00e1ramforr\u00e1sok<\/u><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Az els\u0151 protot\u00edpusunk, mely Ballard-stackre \u00e9p\u00fclt egy 400 W teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny\u0171 t\u00fczel\u0151anyag-cell\u00e1val t\u00e1pl\u00e1lt elektromos ker\u00e9kp\u00e1r volt (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kontakt-elektro.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/tuzeloanyag-cellas_bicikli.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>T\u00fczel\u0151anyag-cell\u00e1s ker\u00e9kp\u00e1r<\/u><\/a>). Ezut\u00e1n egy 48VDC rendszerekhez tervezett, 3 kW teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny\u0171 sz\u00fcnetmentes t\u00e1pegys\u00e9get \u00e9p\u00edtett\u00fcnk, amit egy hasonl\u00f3 teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny\u0171, akkumul\u00e1toros hibrid \u00e1ramfejleszt\u0151 berendez\u00e9s k\u00f6vetett. K\u00e9s\u0151bb ez a hibrid \u00e1ramfejleszt\u0151 lett az alapja a 2013-as Balatonlelllei Boat Show-n bemutatott t\u00fczel\u0151anyag-cell\u00e1s kishaj\u00f3nk t\u00e1pell\u00e1t\u00f3 rendszer\u00e9nek (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kontakt-elektro.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/fc_kishajo.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>FC-kishaj\u00f3<\/u><\/a>). A Ballard FCgen-1020ACS l\u00e9gh\u0171t\u00e9ses stack-csal\u00e1don k\u00edv\u00fcl k\u00e9t berendez\u00e9sben felhaszn\u00e1ltuk a c\u00e9g FCgen-1310 t\u00edpus\u00fa folyad\u00e9kh\u0171t\u00e9ses stackjeit is: k\u00e9sz\u00edtett\u00fcnk egy 4,5 kW-os sz\u00fcnetmentes \u00e1ramfejleszt\u0151t, valamint egy hasonl\u00f3 teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny\u0171, kogener\u00e1ci\u00f3s (h\u0151- \u00e9s villamosenergia fejleszt\u00e9s\u00e9re is alkalmas) berendez\u00e9st.
